Check-in and Check-out

Check-out: 12:00 NN
Late check-out: Subject to availability; a 50% room rate fee applies.
Guests are asked to present a valid ID upon arrival. Vehicle details will also be recorded for security.
Cancellation and Rebooking
All bookings are non-refundable.
Rebooking requests made at least 7 days before check-in may be accommodated based on availability.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Smoking and Food Policies
Smoking is not allowed inside villas. A ₱10,000 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Please avoid bringing strong-smelling foods such as dried fish or durian into villas.
Cooking is allowed only in the villa’s kitchen or designated outdoor spaces.
Safety and Security
The resort is equipped with 24-hour security, CCTV coverage, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
Private pools are unsupervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must accompany children at all times.
Please secure personal belongings. The resort is not liable for items left unattended in villas.
Parking and Transportation
Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
AmanDagat is not liable for damage or loss of parked vehicles.
Transfers from Manila can be arranged upon request.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control, AmanDagat may adjust or cancel bookings without penalty.
Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before arrival.
Accepted payments: GCash, cash, or bank transfer (Instapay).
PesoNet, personal cheques, and unverified payment methods are not accepted.
Security Deposit: ₱2,000 for single villas; ₱20,000 for full-resort bookings. Fully refundable after check-out if no damages or missing items are found.
Guest and Room Policies
Only registered guests are allowed inside the resort. Unannounced visitors will incur a ₱5,000 fee.
Additional guests beyond the stated capacity require advance notice and may include extra charges.
Children aged 2 and below stay for free. Children aged 3 and above count as full guests.
Simple banners or balloons are allowed for celebrations with prior approval.
Pet Policy
AmanDagat is pet-friendly. Guests are responsible for keeping pets clean and under supervision at all times.
Quiet Hours and Conduct
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Guests who disrupt others may be asked to leave without refund.
Lost and Found
Forgot something? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to locate it. Items may be shipped for a ₱500 handling fee plus courier cost.
Health and Safety
Guests feeling unwell are encouraged to inform the staff immediately. During public health advisories, the resort follows government-mandated protocols for everyone’s safety.
